The data are in cartesian coordinates, with the first column
being x = r*cos(theta) and the second column y = r*sin(theta).
Note that with this parametrization the curve is drawn twice
as theta varies from 0 to 2*pi. Also, there is a sudden jump
at theta = 3*pi/4 as the denominator goes to zero and x and y
change sign. TPlot will connect the points, and as a result it
looks as if it is drawing the curve's asymptote.
To really see the folium, you should zoom in on the little loop
around the origin. You should also choose "Proportional scale"
in the view menu to see it undistorted... */
